description is not happy with UTF-8 titles

Bug Description

Select a menu item with a non-ascii title and notices than the right pane has an
ugly description.
By example gedit "éditeur" is "Éditeur"

Thanks for your bugreport.

It looks like there is a bug in the data/template.html that does not set the
charset to utf-8. I fixed it in my local tree,
(niran, please also have a look,
<email address hidden>/gnome-app-install--soc--0--patch-21)

This problem is fixed in the current version in breezy. please reopen if you
