Settings/advanced should not start synaptic

Bug Description

When you go to settings -> advanced, synaptic starts while it is expected to get
an advanced settings dialog. Perhaps it should be renamed or be placed somewhere
else then in the settings menu?

Thanks for your bugreport.

I added a File menu with "Advanced" and "quit" in the current development branch.

This problem is fixed in the current version in breezy. please reopen if you
still see problems.
