Double clicking should expand categories

Bug Description

The different categories should expand when double-clicked (or maybe even with
one click when already selected?). Now that is only possible with the very
little arrows to the left.

Additionally, double-clicking a program should check or uncheck its checkbox,
will that be fixed too?

This problem is fixed in the current version in breezy. please reopen if you
still see problems.
