Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-app-install

gnome-app-install should not depend on app-install-data-commercial. Instead, it should be in the appropriate desktop seeds, so that Gobuntu installs don't have to include it. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWithoutRestricted.
