Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-alsamixer

9.10 Beta
HP DV6720ez Laptop AMD
Alsamixer 0.9.7
Hardware: Conextant CX20561 (Hermosa) IEC958

When audio is connected through headphone jack to HIFI, occasionally when sound is resumed after pausing there is a short burst of 1/2 sec or so through the built in speakers. Hard to get it to repeat to find out which packages it's associated with as it doesn't happen very often. (I think it has happed with VLC MP). Have not tested with connected headphones instead of HIFI but presumably would be the same.

Doesn't seem to be a problem anymore in 10.XX

I have no idea whether this is still a bug. I would probably delete it / forget about it.
