Natty. The problem solved after replacing instance of zeitgeist-daemon:
$ zeitgeist-daemon --replace
By the way I have docky app, it also using zeitgeist daemon. In man said, that zeitgeist-daemon will refuse to start if another running instance is found. I think that was my problem.
