  * Dropped:
    - d/control: Build against libical 1.0
      [Since trusty we have libical >= 1.0]
    - d/rules: build with -fgnu89-inline to fix FTBFS. Cherry-picked
      from Debian 0.6.30+dfsg-1.1 with thanks to Leo Costela.
