Xgnokii fails to start by missing configfile

xgnokii 0.6.29.dfsg-1

Just installed xgnokii to use sms with my merlin umts card, it has an own device for that job. But....

Xgnokii did not start without his config, but the config can only be created if xgnokii comes up.
Suggestion: The package should create a basic config before starting.
