Looks like a missing codecs issue. Make sure that you have also installed gstreamer0.10-plugins-base, gstreamer0.10-plugins-good, gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad and gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly, in addition to gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg.

The Youtube error is probably a separate issue which can be worked around in gnash 0.8.7 by deleting your YouTube cookies and then blocking cookies from YouTube.
