Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

Often when I go to a site which has flash embeded, all keyboard input in the konqueror browser is apparently eaten by the flash player. In particular typing input in any input fields in any tab or any other konqueror window is not possible until the nspluginviewer processes have been killed.

The easiest way to reproduce this is to go to a site such as youtube, surf around a little bit, open one or two extra tabs, sometimes clicking in the flash players, then after a while, it is not possible to enter anything into the search field. In extreme cases, input from the mouse buttons is also no longer recognised, in which case the browser process itself has to be killed vis an ssh login from a remote machine.

Version information:
Ubuntu 9.10, AMD64:

Just wondering why the package for this bug this has been changed to gnash? I don't have gnash installed, I have flash installed, "Version: 10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.10.1 (flashplugin-installer)", from the package "Adobe Flash Plugin", which according to the text downloads the Abobe Flash Plugin from www.adobe.com. There is an additional package, "Adobe Flash Plugin 10" which I do not have installed, but which I assume is installed by the "Adobe Flash Plugin" package.
