[FFe] gmusicbrowser 1.1.13 for Utopic

Please consider gmusicbrowser 1.1.13 for inclusion in Xubuntu 14.10. This upstream micro-release fixes a number of bugs, improving the overall reliability of gmusicbrowser.

The NEWS file also indicates that there are new features and optional layout widgets, but these do not affect the appearance of the application from the previous release (1.1.12) which is already in 14.10.

This package has been tested and is functionally sound.

This change does not affect any existing documentation, and even increases the number of supported translations.
