Notification Box doesn't load in Quantal

Bug Description
Using quantal, the icon notification box (control box) doesn't appear in the notification bar.
When changing tracks, we can sometimes see it in the top-left corner but we can acces it only a few seconds.
This worked nice for me under 12.04..
