Bug Description

I reported bug 973206 earlier today which was closed as invalid because it had an outdated package with debug symbols (for details see comment #5 in that bug report).

I tried to follow http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash, but I did not find a dbgsym package for gmorgan.

Please provide a debug package.

Good news and bad news:
While I haven't tried it, it looks like a dbgsym-package was added when gmorgan was rebuilt for 18.04 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gmorgan/0.40-1build1)

Shortly thereafter, it got removed from Debian and in turn Ubuntu https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gmorgan/+publishinghistory which is why it is missing from later releases.

Changed in gmorgan (Ubuntu):
status: New → Fix Released
