Can you confirm which version of Ubuntu you are running please, and the version of gmfsk.

Also, what desktop environment are you running? (Gnome, KDE etc) - I ask because gmfsk
accesses the audio device /dev/audio directly and can sometimes interact badly with
other sound users.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and we would like to try to resolve it, but we need more details to proceed.

In my use of gmfsk in Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic), I have not observed the problem you described.

Please answer these questions:
1. Can you still reproduce this problem, and if so, using what version of Ubuntu?
2. What desktop environment are you running? (Gnome, KDE, etc.)
3. What specific steps might we take to try to recreate this bug? Be as detailed as possible.
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
