[mantic] Version 11.0 crash on startup

Caught by dep8 tests[1], which debian doesn't run because these tests require a VM:

We have decided to not fix this for the Ubuntu Mantic release, and stay with version 10.3 which is curently in Mantic.

We are too deep in the mantic feature freeze for such a change to land now.

This is was fixed in Debian in 11.0-3. We now have 11.1-1 in noble-proposed and this should be fixed once it migrates.

This still had a block-proposed tag because we wanted to prevent gluster 11 from entering mantic, where it's still in main. In noble glusterfs will be demoted to universe[1], and we can let it migrate now while the demotion is still ongoing.

This is fixed in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glusterfs/11.0-3. A newer version is currently in noble-proposed going through migration, so I'll mark this bug as "fix committed".
