I have the same error

2.6.31-20-generic #58-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 12 05:23:09 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

I see these errors in my dmesg output:

forrest@supercool:~$ dmesg | grep glunar
[ 71.112303] glunarclock-app[2794]: segfault at 0 ip 0058aa0a sp bfeef14c error 4 in libc-2.10.1.so[518000+13e000]

It appears to be following a null pointer, if I'm reading this correctly from whatever routine is at offset 13e000 of libc-2.10.1.

Got a similar problem. Wonder if it is identical to the one described here:
 - Completely new installation (Natty/i386)
 - installed glunarclock
 - right-click on the panel, and the "add to panel"-button will show the usual list of available panels. Only that glunarclock is no more part of this list like it used to.

If you have the problem I have you can try to install the following packet:
gnome-panel-bonobo

Seems like many of the installable applets need this package to run even if their installation currently still doesn't depend on gnome-panel-bonobo.
