upgrade from 0.68 (hardy) to 0.72 (lucid) doesn’t work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: glpi

When trying to upgrade glpi from hardy to lucid, it tries to apply the change in /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/glpi/upgrade/mysql/0.72.1. This includes the line, ALTER TABLE `glpi_tracking` ADD INDEX `date_mod` (`date_mod`); Unfortunately, the column date_mod doesn’t yet exist in version 0.68 from Hardy. So the upgrade fails. Presumably some more database changes need to be included....
