Bug Description

glosstex 0.4.dfsg.1-4build1 is stuck in -proposed.

It FTBFS[1] and has no reverse dependencies:

nr@six:~$ reverse-depends -r oracular src:glosstex
No reverse dependencies found
nr@six:~$ reverse-depends -r oracular src:glosstex -a source
No reverse dependencies found

Besides the NCR that fails to build, this package has not had an upload since 2017.
