Bug Description

The summary pretty much says it all. Invoking the gtags command with no arguments, in any directory, gives that error message, and no GTAGS database is created. It seems there's a /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gtags/pygments-parser.so, but preloading that with LD_PRELOAD doesn't help. It seems the program insists on finding pygments-parser in that hard-coded directory.

I just upgraded from impish, and before that it was working fine. There's a seemingly related post on the global mailing list: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-global/2014-10/msg00000.html but it's pretty old (2014!) so I'm not sure how relevant it is.
