Sync gliv 1.9.6-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu's changes have been merged in Debian

 gliv (1.9.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * QA upload.
     + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <email address hidden>
   * New upstream release.
   * Install desktop file and icon. (Closes: #469870).
     + Thanks to Iulian Udrea.
   * Replace deprecated xutils build-dep with x11-utils.
   * Add Homepage field.
   * Add watch file.
   * Add autotools-dev to build-deps for config.{sub,guess}.
   * Copy in config.{sub,guess} on configure instead of clean.
     + Remove them on clean.
   * Add ${misc:Depends} for debhelper package.
   * Add copyright holders to debian/copyright.
   * Make clean not ignore errors.
   * Move DH_COMPAT from rules to debian/compat.
   * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.3.
     + Menu policy transition.

Hi,

Thanks for working on this.
There are several changes in your debdiff that shouldn't be there:
- a 'no changes' diff in debian/rules
- file po/vi.po

Can you please generate a cleaner debdiff, and post it here again?

By the way: I'm not sure the change in renaming file makes anything. Can you check by just building the debian package and compare against the one with your changes?

If it does not do anything, it could be a sync.
