Bug Description

Binary package hint: glipper

glipper seems not to work very well with openoffice text. In fact if you select one word all works ok but if you select two or more words it doesn't.

Tested with Hardy and glipper 1.0

is this still an issue? might this be related to # 104432 ?

Yes, it's still an issue with Hardy.
I don't think it's related to #104432.

I confirm the issue also with 10.04 and 10.10.
It seems that if you select an entire line with shift+end (placing the cursor pointer at the start of the line) all works ok but if you select it with mouse we obtain the issue. The same issue happens if you select only a portion of the line (both with mouse and shift+end keys)
