[FFe] Update glibmm to 2.42

That's the version of glib we are using and would resolve the current ftbfs, the changes in the new serie are pretty limited

Note that it's a direct sync from Debian and that version is already in testing, I've also built/test run it on utopic without issue

This is pretty minor and is only additions, so please go ahead,
especially as it is supposed to resolve the build failure.
