Bug Description
Binary package hint: partman
1) boot the text installer,
2) partition the disk creating XFS partitions,
3) commit the partition table,
4) proceed to the actual formatting step,
5) the XFS partitioning fails.
If you look at the log in virtual console 4 (Alt+F4) you see the error message:
partman: mkfs.xfs: error while loading shared libraries: librt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
and indeed librt.so.1 is nowhere to be seen on the ISO.
As a linked bug, when the above fails and you try again the swap partition is then mounted again with priority -2 which is most bizarre.

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 63234, and is fixed in current Edgy.
