I believe this is the same problem. I am running Hardy Heron and adept tells me that
an upgrade of libtotem-plparser10 is available. But the upgrade fails.
I have libtotem-plparse 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 installed and the available version is
libtotem-plparse 2.22.3-0ubuntu1
If I try to upgrade using apt-get I see these error messages:
zeno% sudo apt-get install libtotem-plparser10

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies: plparser10: Depends: libcamel1.2-11 (>= 2.22.1.1) but 2.22.1-0ubuntu2.1 is to be installed
Depends: libedataserver1.2-9 (>= 2.22.1.1) but 2.22.1-0ubuntu2.1 is to be installed
