fastqtl: autopkgtest failure on armhf with new glibc

With glibc 2.39-0ubuntu7 and later, fastqtl has failed its autopkgtests on armhf:

This error is reproducible.

It may be a regression introduced by some other package than glibc, but this glibc includes arm changes so filing here initially just in case.
