Bug Description

The nss/tst-reload2 autopkgtest fails for the -prof variant on (at least) arm{hf,64} and ppc64el with the following error:

18155s ----------
18155s ----------
18155s FAIL: nss/tst-reload2
18155s original exit status 1
18155s error: xmkdirp.c:63: mkdir_p ("/subdir/lib/libc6-prof/aarch64-linux-gnu/", 0777): File exists
18155s error: 1 test failures
18155s ----------
18155s ----------

We're XFAILing the test for now but it'd be nice to get to the bottom of it.
