libc6 crash in hardy alpha-6 after upgrade

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libc6

While upgrading the system this morning an error has occurred unpack the package libc6. This is the error:

This happened to me too with Daily Live of march 12th. I'm not sure if it's related, but when I restarted my machine after this error, the boot process stopped at "Starting system log daemon......." and despite of several attempts, I couldn't boot to the desktop at all. I've seen another user reporting this behaviour too.
