byteswap-16.h file is missed in 20.04 LTS

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu 20.04 LTS installed
2. Try to compile some application which uses byteswap-16.h (for example as described here -

Expected results:
* byteswap-16.h is found, compilation is successful

Actual results:
* byteswap-16.h is not found, compilation is not successful

the last Ubuntu version with this file was 18.04 LTS.

There are other header files missing from lib6-dev in 20.04. I just had to fetch libio.h and _G_config.h from an old Ubuntu 18.04 to compile a programme on 20.04.
