  * Set nogir for armhf since it's not been bootstrapped yet.
  * Also disable these Build-Depends there:
    dh-sequence-gnome, python3-dbus, python3-gi, shared-mime-info
  * Ignore build test failures on armhf
  * Drop all bootstrapping changes for non-armhf
