[MIR] Inclusion of glew in main

Availability : Package exsists in universe and is maintained.

Rationale : glew provides the libglew1.5-dev library which is a optional build dep on kdeedu,thus enabling extra features in kdeedu,since kdeedu is in main and glew in universe, it should be moved to main

Dependencies : All build deps are in main

I did not find any executables that required root access or any security concerns with the package

I have checked all requirements for inclusion of this package into main archives
