Bug Description

we've done work with simplestreams client and data on http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/releases/streams/v1/ to describe cloud images and to "sync" these into glance.
The 'sync' that we use for Canonical's internal "canonistack" is at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~smoser/simplestreams/example-sync/files .

It would be nice to make end users easily able to keep ubuntu cloud images up to date.

We could basically package up in the glance package a utility to do this, and then document how to configure it.
The glance charm could then use that and set up a cron job to keep it up to date.
