Bug Description

When adding a GtkGrid to a glade interface, it does not save the number of rows/columns.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open glade with a new interface.
2. Add a GtkWindow.
3. Add a GtkGrid to the window, change dimensions to 1 row, 2 columns.
4. Add a GtkButton to each grid cell.
5. Save and close glade.
6. Open the file in glade again.

Expected result: The grid should have 1×2 dimensions.

Result: The GtkGrid again has 3×3 dimensions. Besides the two button cells, there are 7 empty cells.

This seems to be a regression from glade 3.10 to 3.11.
