Bug Description

When I log into my computer at home, almost every time I'm logged out immediately. It seems that the log in process takes to long time so it is killed by the system.

I installed vsftpd and is running it as a server. Nothing more.

The best way to always be able to log into my computer is to create a secondary, ordinary user account (not be able to become a root account), log into that and the switch user to the first account, which is able to become a sudo-root.

How to debug this error?

I add a video showing the exact appearance of the bug. The desktop is shown, but you are logged out without touching anything.

I solved it by...

cd /etc/X11
sudo cp xorg.conf.failsafe xorg.conf

... and then restarting the computer.
