Focus issues with applications launched with gksudo in Dapper Beta

Bug Description

Normally, when launching a new application and there are some other application windows on the desktop, the newly launched application takes the focus and appears on top of all the others. This is the behaviour in Breezy.

However in Dapper beta, if the new application is launched through gksudo (either with the run dialog or from a terminal), the application does not take focus and appears behind the other application windows.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the GNOME terminal
2. Hit ALT+F2 and type "gksudo synaptic" (enter the password if necessary)
3. Watch the synaptic window appear behind the GNOME terminal window.

1. Launch the GNOME terminal
2. Type "gksudo gedit" (enter the password if necessary)
3. Watch the gedit window appear behind the GNOME terminal window.

Although this is not a critical issue, I do not see the point of the extra click that is always required to bring focus to the newly launched application. Would that not be an HIG issue?
