Bug Description

Several applications listed under System->Administration do not get focus when they are started by gksu/gksudo, and another window is running in the same desktop. The currently focused window stays on top. This happens with _some_ of the apps, while some others do not have it.

synaptic, disks manager, login window manager, networking etc have this problem while, boot up manager doesn't. I have noticed that 'services' sometimes has this problem and sometimes does not, and am not sure of the pattern.

My system was updated yesterday itself.

Searched for this bug before reporting but didnt find it. Hope I didn't miss the report :)
