Bug Description
When you launch an application that uses gtksu, it is popped under existing applications and flashes in gnome panel. Normal applications are simply brought to the foreground.
To see this:
1) launch a fullscreen gnome terminal
2) Go to administration | time and date
you may have to do this twice (so that the root password does not need to be asked the second time).
