Bug Description
With Dapper, when I run an application wrapped by gksudo, the screen gets greyed out while it prompts me for a password with a top-level dialog. When I enter the password, the top level dialog goes away, the screen returns to normal, and some window on screen gets the focus. When the wrapped application launches, it launches behind the application with focus and does not take focus away. I would expect the new window to have focus and be on top.
