2008-12-29 16:10:53 lumbricus description What happens: Grafik for gksudo is broken when using TwinView and cloned screens. With gksu or gksudo the screen blacks out when asking me for my password. Since I enabled my second screen, it blacks out twice for both screens. My second screen is little bit smaller than my primary screen, so I cloned them and moved the second screen 100 pixels towards the center. In this area you can see the screen blacked out twice (screenshot attached). This should happen only for the primary screen, if they are overlapping. X-Configuration: I used the package "nvidia-settings" to build my xorg.conf: -> X Server Display Config -> TwinView -> Position absolute, "+100+100" My sourroundings: Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid (upgraded from 8.04) NVIDIA Driver Version: 177.80 What happens: Grafik for gksudo is broken when using TwinView and cloned screens.
