Bug Description
Binaries in directories specified in $PATH (e.g. /usr/sbin) can't be run because gksu-polkit doesn't do a path search, but only runs the absolute path of the executable. For example,
delan@delan:~$ gksu-polkit synaptic
gives the error message
Failed to run synaptic.
Failed to execute child process "synaptic" (No such file or directory)
However,
delan@delan:~$ gksu-polkit /usr/sbin/synaptic
works perfectly.
