Bug Description
happened during installation (using Synaptic Package Manager); wondering if I should try 'sudo apt' instead since it seems to require some parameters passed which Synaptic can't seem to locate?

The problem appears to be a conflict between the dependency on devise-two-factor version 2.0.0 and the current version of devise-two-factor (3.0.0 on my system) It occurs when installing using sudo apt-get as well as synaptic and the software manager.
