gitg displays files twice

Sometimes gitg display files twice.
Attaching screenshot and real "git status"

"gemu-test-worker.pl" is displayed twice.
if I refresh gitg using Ctrl-R, selection jumped to first "gemu-test-worker.pl", not matter on which file selection was previously (i.e. second gemu-test-worker.pl or non-"gemu-test-worker.pl" file).

If I stage one of "gemu-test-worker.pl", and refresh screen, second "gemu-test-worker.pl" is jumped to staging too.

After gitg restart everything is fixed until next time this happen, not sure how to reproduce. Happens often.

Possibly related problem is that, sometimes, gitg displays *diff* in diff window twice, but I don't have screenshot for this yet.
