Sync git 1:2.33.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

I think we just missed the feature freeze but because it is a central piece, maybe we can get an exception here?

There are minor differences between versions from Debian and Ubuntu. That's why git has to be manually updated on Ubuntu. Maybe good to include 'if' statements in the Debian version for Ubuntu flavours?

Anyway, if it is not too late, please sync git from Debian unstable.
