git clone --filter is undocumented, although the option is present

Bug Description

Git on Ubuntu Focal (v2.25) have --filter option, however it is undocumented. The upstream commit 4a465443a6ce51bd6e1d4ffef56d3f2e8d45f506 add that documentation. The commit is available as attached patch.
