Bug Description

I am running 11.10 RC x64, and after installing GIMP today I was surprised to find that only the center window had window decorations and was able to be moved/closed/or resized.

This is an obvious issue and needs to be fixed ASAP, because not having a working GIMP is a HUGE issue to TONS of users.

This issue has sat incomplete for almost seven years without any response or further reports. The report did not expire due to another bug task so I'm going to close it now as "Invalid" as I cannot reproduce the issue here using Ubuntu 20.04 and GIMP 2.10.18. Presumably this bug was fixed a long time ago as implied in comment #1.

Please feel free to re-open this bug report if this still an issue using a currently supported release of Ubuntu.
