The gimp-remote command is not included in the gimp package in Intrepid 2.6.1-1ubuntu3

Thanks for your bug report, but this is fixed on 2.6.3 on Jaunty.

This should be obsolete by now, as gimp itself does what gimp-remote did: open an image provided on the command line in a running instance of gimp.
