Bug Description
Binary package hint: gimp
In Hardy, GIMP 2.4 used to have the accessibility information complete (at least for window names), but in Intrepid, GIMP 2.6.1 main window has no accessibility information. See screenshot.
This information is necessary for desktop testing purposes.

What exactly are you reffering to here? There is no such thing as "accessibility information" defined in any of the standards for X windows. So are you talking about the window title, the window role or the window class? All three are definitely set by GIMP. So I would say what you are reporting here is a problem elsewhere.
