icons missing when you launch via .desktop

when you launch via .desktop or terminal gimp-2.10 icons missing on dash to dock
Can you explain why this is happening, because I contacted Gimp and they said that this is a problem on the Ubuntu side, because everything opens correctly in the Fedora repository. I'm using apt version
