Context menu doesn't appear by default when navigating between applications, because when GIMP regains focus the window being selected by default is “Toolbox” not the main one.

Alberto, I have not looked at this bug again, that's why I want to apologize. I was able to reproduce this, so I'll mark this bug as confirmed.

As always: The GIMP developers are focused on the upcoming version and fixing the high priority bugs, so maybe someone from the community could make a patch for this.

This bug needs now to be notified to the upstream developers of GNOME (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/HowToTriage#Forwarding_upstream).

Once this has been done, it will be ready to be worked on by a developer.
