print from googlemail, paint paper completely in black ink

Bug Description
Hi,
O.S. 10.04
Printer Epson DX6500
never had this issue with previous versions of Ubuntu.
Checked printer connections, OK
Printed from file, OK.
Browser Google Chrome.
Tried to print from Googlemail, printer just issued the paper covered in back ink.
Printed test pages via admin, printer issued cups test page OK.
Error code 85.
Hopefully i have done this correctly for you.
