Bug Description
This page poorly documents Grub behaviour during boot.

In fact pressing ESC early enough causes a prompt "boot:". The possible options are revealed by pressing TAB.
If this is standard, documentaion should reflect behaviour.

The documentation you link to there is for booting the installed system. The CDs don't use GRUB.
